Denard Enterprises, Inc. is a solely minority-owned restaurant franchise company that develops and operates food and beverage concessions exclusively in airports throughout the U.S. southeastern region.
Frank Johnson founded Denard Enterprises Inc. in 2013 as the successor company to continue the entrepreneurial legacy of its predecessor, PJJD Enterprises, Inc. At that time PJJD Enterprises, Inc. owned and operated seventeen restaurants and retail stores at Charlotte Douglas International Airport (North Carolina), Jacksonville International Airport (Florida), and Southwest Florida International Airport (formerly Fort Myers Airport).

Since our establishment, Denard Enterprises, Inc. has remained among the nation’s top minority airport concessionaires. Our continuous success has leveraged opportunities to expand our brand portfolio to include midscale restaurants in other U.S. regions.
Denard Enterprises, Inc. is committed to achieving our goal of “next level success” by creating and instituting a professional development program for our employees. The program teaches associates about franchise ownership and operations so they can pursue managerial, executive, and entrepreneurial opportunities in the restaurant industry.
Denard Enterprises, Inc. is a nationally certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), and U.S. Department of Transportation Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (USDOT DBE). Our firm is also an Airport Concessions Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (ACDBE) certified in North Carolina, Florida, and Texas.
