Frank Johnson

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Frank Johnson is Founder and Chief Executive Officer. He established the company in 2013 to continue operating the airport concessions his late mother developed and managed under her company, PJJD Enterprises, Inc.

Prior to inheriting PJJD Enterprises, Inc., Johnson worked as a network support analyst in Frankfurt, Germany. Before moving abroad, he worked alongside his mother for eight years as General Manager, overseeing the daily operations of Papa John’s Pizza, Salsarita’s Fresh Mexican Grill, and Einstein Bros. Bagels at Charlotte Douglas International Airport.

Johnson has been widely lauded among industry, community, and business leaders for his successful acquisition of PJJD Enterprises, Inc., which helped establish Denard Enterprises, Inc. as a nationally recognized airport concessionaire.

Adrian Beard

Adrian Beard

Vice President of Operations

Adrian Beard is Vice President of Operations. He oversees the daily processes for Papa John’s Pizza, Salsarita’s Fresh Mexican Grill, and Einstein Bros. Bagels at Charlotte Douglas International Airport. Previously, Beard joined PJJD Enterprises, Inc. in 2011 as a consultant, supervising the management staff.

Beard has more than ten years’ experience in airport concessions operations. He is the founder and president of Whitman May Enterprises, Inc., a restaurant franchise company that develops and operates quick-serve and casual dining restaurants in U.S. airports. Beard is also the founder and managing partner of Uptown Airport Group, LLC, the prime concessionaire at Raleigh-Durham International Airport, that operates Char-Grill® and Salsarita’s Fresh Mexican Grill.

Beard graduated cum laude from Kentucky State University in Frankfort with a B.A. in public administration. He earned an M.B.A. from Pfeiffer University in Charlotte, North Carolina. Beard also completed the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program at Babson College in Babson Park, Massachusetts.

Ibrahim Saleh

Ibrahim Saleh

Director of Operations - Florida

Ibrahim Saleh is Director of Operations – Florida. He oversees the daily processes for Burger King, Quiznos, Sbarro, Nathan’s Famous, Casa Bacardi, and Palm City Market at Southwest Florida International Airport. He also manages the operations for Firehouse Subs, Sbarro, and Auntie Anne’s at Jacksonville International Airport.

Saleh has more than fifteen years of foodservice experience. He worked ten years for Burger King Corporation as a restaurant manager trainer before joining PJJD Enterprises, Inc. in 2009, then Denard Enterprises, Inc. in 2013.

Saleh graduated from Alexandria University in Alexandria, Egypt with a B.A. in accounting.

Tracy Eaddy

Tracy Eaddy

Director of Office Operations

Tracy Eaddy is Director of Office Operations. She manages the administrative processes, including human resources, employee training, payroll, and supplier management. Eaddy also serves as the primary contact and liaison for unit managers, associates, clients, and vendors.

Eaddy has more than ten years’ experience in operations, distribution, and accounting. She started her career as a dispatcher/administrative assistant for Coca-Cola Bottling Company Consolidated in 2002. Seven years later she joined Kellogg’s as Operations Coordinator.

Eaddy graduated from South Carolina State University in Orangeburg with a B.S. in management. She earned an M.B.A. in business administration from the University of Phoenix.
